Show your support of Deaf Action Center's mission to eliminate barriers to persons who are deaf or hard of hearing by making a donation!

The following donation levels are available:

When you give at the "Friend" level and above, your name will be engraved on a gold leaf and displayed on the Altshuler Giving Tree at Deaf Action Center.

Any and all donations are sincerely appreciated!

The Development Department at Deaf Action Center designs and implements methods of attracting needed resources to underwrite ongoing regular and special projects or programs approved by the DAC Board of Directors.

Regular sources of income include:

Foundation/Corporate/Civic Gifts -- DAC receives periodic grants from appropriate foundations, clubs, and corporate entities to assist in our mission of eliminating barriers to persons who are deaf or hard of hearing by serving these populations with a comprehensive range of services. To initiate your gift, print and mail the Donor Response Form, call 214-521-0407 (V/TTY), or e-mail to development@deafactioncentertexas.org.

Individual Gifts -- Individuals throughout North Texas are given the opportunity to help DAC provide needed resources for local persons who are deaf or hard of hearing. If you would like to receive the Deaf Action Center Quarterly Newsletter and mailings, please refer to the "How to Donate" section.

Donor Benefits

All DAC donors receive our quarterly newsletter, and mailings on the activities of Deaf Action Center throughout the year. Also, all donors receive a special thank you letter for their donation which is recognized by the IRS.

Altshuler Giving Tree

The Deaf Action Center Altshuler Giving Tree can be seen by anyone who enters the main doors of Deaf Action Center. The "leaves" on our tree recognize any donor, individual, corporate or foundation, who contributes at least $500 to DAC in a calendar year.

Stars are added to the leaves to recognize givers at the $1000, $2500, $5000 and $10,000 levels. The Altshuler Giving Tree is a gift of Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Z. Altshuler.
